Description: Relations Industrielles / Industrial Relations is a bilingual quarterly published since 1945 by the Department of Industrial Relations at Laval University in Québec, Canada. It was the world's first academic journal in industrial relations and is the only journal in the field in Canada.
"Indian Journal of Industrial Relations"(IJIR) invites manuscript based on following guidelines:- Manuscripts for publication should be typed in double space, only on one side of the paper and sent in duplicate to the Editor. On the basis of these perceptions, there are four popular approaches to Industrial Relations. These are: Unitary Approach: The unitary approach is based on the notion that all the members of the organization Viz. Managers, workers, and other staff have a common set of objectives, purposes and interests and, therefore, work in unison towards the accomplishment of shared goals. It is one of the oldest and most highly regarded academic journals in industrial relations around the world. The JIR is the pre-eminent journal of industrial, employment and workplace relations in Australia and has provided an authoritative record of developments in industrial relations since 1959. It is a peer reviewed journal.
